Apparel Options

We order in our apparel at time of deposit- which include T's, Fleece, Workwear, Outerwear, Caps and More


  • We only allow specialty items to be brought in by our customers. 
  • Standard T-shirts or Hoodies are not allowed
  • A disclaimer must be signed before production begins. 
  • WE WILL NOT REPLACE- REFUND-CREDIT ANY ITEMS THAT ARE BROUGHT IN FOR ANY REASON


 *Not all designs or fabrics will work for decorating. Some logos may need to be simplified from its original version.

  • Individual Prints are limited to one side text/clip art and Single color ink/vinyl   

( Min $20 per T-shirt/ $30 Fleece ) 


  • Film & Screen Fees apply to ALL New or Edited artwork.  ($20 Min)


  • Embroidery orders 

            Do Not have a Minimum 


Required Minimum of 6 items for Screen Printed or immediate reordered items -

Set Up and Digitizing is a 

One Time Fee


  • Setting up a 1 color new logo will have initial set up fees of $20 Min. 


  • Art Creation and Edits to existing files are billed at $25 per edit


  • Embroidery stitch file set up is $25+

 (Can be more for larger designs)

 

  • Minimum Embroidery fee is $6 per item 
  • $10 for a single item

Initial Set Up Fees

  • Please inform us of any deadlines or event dates BEFORE starting any project to ensure there is enough time.


  • Screen Printing is an average of 3 weeks for a full turnaround from the time of order. 

*That time varies with the time of year and the design/quantities


  • NEW ART- The average turnaround for an art proof or embroidery files is a min of 5 business days.


  • EMBROIDERY-Personalized items or orders under 4 can typically be done in 48 hours if standard size simple text

  • We Require a minimum of 1/2 down of the total once you are ready to order. Remainder of the balance must be paid upon pick up


No items will be allowed to be picked up without being paid in full

 

  • Cash, Business Check, Credit Cards, Paypal  Accepted- personal checks upon approval.


  • Sales tax will be included in your order so remember to budget for it.



Blank Inventory is backed up in the USA- we are trying our best to fill orders with first choices but may need to substitute apparel accordingly

Send us an email to get a quote on your order. We just need a little bit of information. 


  • How many items in the order
  • What kind of apparel and the colors of the apparel
  • Decorating locations- full front, back, left chest, sleeve, ect. 
  • Attach a pic of the logo- or at least let us know what colors are in it. 
  • When the order is due or the date of your event

* Always allow at least 25 days before an event to place an order
